The Rules of Healthy Eating

Everyone is well aware that good nutrition – a pledge of beauty and long life. But, as it was not there, people continue to eat properly. This is due to the fact that unhealthy food is always delicious. But we must remember that healthy food does not have the worst taste.

4. Sweets. From sweets to many people it is very difficult to refuse. But there is a way out. Instead of chocolates you can always eat dried apricots or raisins.
